In-house counsel – 6+ years

  • Excellent academics
  • Prosecution experience essential
  • Would suit someone looking for a career change from the Bar
  • Crown Court trial experience
  • Detailed working knowledge of CPIA, POCA and the Attorney General’s Guidelines on Disclosure 2013.
  • Bar experience is preferable
  • Capable of client facing tasks
  • Comfortable dealing with various personalities
  • Comfortable working autonomously when required
  • Comfortable with accepting accountability for tasks
  • Highly driven, technical and great attention to detail
  • Ability to provide written and verbal advice on evidence and prosecution procedure.
  • Ability to draft complex documentation with minimal supervision

Senior Associate – 8 years PQE+

  • Private prosecution experience is essential.
  • Detailed working knowledge of major criminal investigations and leading investigative strategies.
  • Prior experience within Government in Bribery & Corruption investigations and prosecutions.
  • Experience of leading foreign law enforcement teams in the Commonwealth Jurisdiction.
  • Excellent academics
  • Crown Court trial experience
  • Detailed working knowledge of CPIA, POCA and the Attorney General’s Guidelines on Disclosure 2013.
  • Capable of client facing roles
  • Experience in leading interviews under caution in Bribery and Corruption.
  • Experience in commercial and civil litigation, particularly in high value commercial disputes.
  • Experience in Intellectual property litigation.
  • Comfortable dealing with various personalities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously when required.
  • Comfortable with accepting accountability for tasks.
  • Highly driven, technical and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide written and verbal advice on evidence and prosecution procedure.
  • Ability to draft complex documentation with minimal supervision.
  • Team player
  • Need to be available for frequent international travel for long periods, sometimes at short notice.
