Are you good at Fraud?

EMM is the market leader in private prosecutions. We have an unrivalled track record in conducting major criminal prosecutions and regulatory work, around fraud, corporate dishonesty and financial crime.

EMM is seeking further to reinforce its existing team specialising in civil fraud and complex commercial disputes whether arising from crypto fraud, the diversion of business opportunities and breaches of fiduciary duty or involving claims for deceit, conspiracy, and secret profits.

We believe that this is a perfect opportunity for a senior associate in a full-service law firm, who is looking for a dynamic and responsible role in a boutique firm whose culture places its people and their careers at the front and centre of the firm’s strategy in a stimulating, inspiring work environment where the work promises intellectual challenge and variety.

For the right candidate, there will be immediate opportunities to participate in the leadership group around EMM’s civil fraud practice and to move into the partnership when the time is right.

If this sounds as if it would suit you and you would like to hear more, please pick up the phone.  We are dying to speak to you.
