Pippa Marshall – Paralegal

Pippa joined Edmonds Marshall McMahon in March 2016, after prior experience coordinating the Health & Safety department at an international housing charity. She is currently studying her CILEX Level 6 Certificate in Law and is an aspiring solicitor.

At Edmonds Marshall McMahon, Pippa assists fee earners on a variety of cases. Her duties include drafting correspondence, liaising with the court and clients and undertaking legal research.

Recently she has been responsible for extensive trial preparation, and witness liaison and support for high-profile cases in the Crown Court. She is adept at analysing large volumes of information and providing practical solutions. She is an integral member of the team ensuring effective and timely case progression.

Pippa frequently attends the Magistrates’ Courts on intellectual property infringement, theft and fraud matters across the UK, providing support to Counsel and liaising with the court and clients.

Additionally, Pippa has experience in large-scale disclosure exercises and recently co-ordinated document review for two trials heard at the Crown Court.

Pippa speaks Business Level Japanese.
