Rohan Pershad QC was convicted for £600,000 tax fraud today in Blackfriars Crown Court with the prosecution being led by Andrew Marshall of 18 Red Lion Court. This was the first high profile case since HMRC announced a taskforce targeting tax evasion within the legal profession.
