Edmonds Marshall McMahon – Rankings

It’s rankings time and Edmonds Marshall McMahon once again feature prominently in both the Legal 500 (2019) and Chambers and Partners (2019) rankings. The firm has been ranked by the Legal 500 in Tier 2 for Fraud: White Collar Crime, marking it out as one of the top 22 White Collar Crime practices in the capital. The firm is described as “committed, client focused and inventive”. Partners Tamlyn Edmonds, Andrew Marshall, Kate McMahon and David Jugnarain are all recognised individuals within this practice area, as is the firm’s new Head of Investigations, Mike Jackson.  The firm is also ranked in Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime, where it is described as having ‘a highly dedicated team with a wealth of specialist knowledge and impressive client care skills’.  Founding partners Tamlyn Edmonds, Kate McMahon and Andrew Marshall are all recognised as high performing individual practitioners within this practice area.

In the Chambers and Partners rankings for 2019, Edmonds Marshall McMahon featured among the highly ranked Civil Fraud firms nation-wide. Once again, civil partner Robert Hunter is listed as a “star individual” within this practice area. The firm is also listed as a Recognised Practitioner in relation to Financial Crime and partners Kate McMahon and Tamlyn Edmonds were individually listed as Recognised Practitioners. Andrew Marshall also featured among the barristers listed in the Chambers and Partners rankings where he is described as “a highly experienced prosecutor” who is “absolutely committed to his cases.”
