Edmonds Marshall McMahon brought a successful prosecution under section 92 (1)of the Trademarks Act on behalf of TM EYE against two market sellers trading in counterfeit Louis Vuitton goods. The defendants were found guilty of all 7 offences and the District Judge ordered both defendants to serve a curfew order for 6 months and to pay fines of £3000 and £1000 respectively.
