A private prosecution was brought against the defendant, on behalf of TM EYE, for six offences contrary to section 92 Trademarks Act 1994. The defendant had, on several occasions, sold counterfeit Louis Vuitton items at markets in Hertfordshire and North-west London. The defendant pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to a Community Order and an electronic curfew for six weeks.
