TM EYE v Nedershah Razaie & Mubarak Mohammadi (2014)

A private prosecution was brought against the defendants, on behalf of TM EYE, for eight offences under section 92 Trademarks Act 1994. The defendants had, on several occasions, sold counterfeit Mulberry and Jimmy Choo goods at a market in the Hertfordshire area. The defendants pleaded guilty to all charges and were sentenced to a Community Order for six months, with a requirement to appear at an attendance centre for a total of thirty hours each.
