Ben Siskind - Senior Associate

Ben Siskind joined Edmonds Marshall McMahon in February 2024 as a Senior Associate within the Civil Fraud team.  Having been admitted as a solicitor in November 2017, Ben brings with him a wealth of experience in litigation, particularly in the arena of complex commercial disputes.

Ben’s expertise extends across a variety of international jurisdictions, including notable work related to India, Lebanon, and the United States. His portfolio includes substantial experience in preliminary jurisdictional disputes and collaborating with international legal experts and foreign lawyers to navigate the intricacies of foreign law.

Renowned for his proactive approach in interim legal applications, Ben has previously successfully secured an anti-suit injunction to halt overseas proceedings while ensuring that the matters were properly resolved within the English legal framework.
