Bradley brings broad experience across commercial litigation, public inquiries, appellate work and complex legal research. Before joining the firm, he worked as a lawyer on major public investigations, including the Royal Commission into the Robodebt Scheme and an Independent Review into the Crime and Corruption Commission, where he undertook detailed legal, policy and investigative research and contributed to the drafting of reports and recommendations. He later worked with the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General on legislation implementing the review’s recommendations.
Bradley has previously practised as a solicitor specialising in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on professional indemnity, disciplinary and appellate matters. His experience also includes working within the disputes practice of an international law firm and serving as Associate to the Honourable Justice Hugh Fraser in the Queensland Court of Appeal.
He holds a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Law with Distinction from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Alongside practice, Bradley has taught core law subjects at university level and worked as an editorial assistant preparing case summaries for Queensland’s Incorporated Council of Law Reporting.
