Freddy Faull - Associate

Freddy is a New Zealand-qualified lawyer, admitted in 2018, with a diverse background in both criminal and civil litigation. He brings five years of post-qualification experience, having worked in leading law firms across Auckland, most recently as a Crown Prosecutor. Freddy has a proven track record in high-stakes commercial and criminal cases, showcasing his ability to navigate complex legal challenges with precision and skill.

Freddy’s legal journey began at Russell McVeagh, a prominent full-service commercial law firm, where he honed his expertise in commercial litigation from 2018 to 2019. He then transitioned to Kayes Fletcher Walker (KFW), where he served from 2020 to 2023. At KFW, which holds the Crown warrant for South Auckland, New Zealand’s largest and busiest criminal district, Freddy was involved in prosecuting a wide variety of serious crimes and regulatory cases. His time as a Crown Prosecutor in such a demanding environment has equipped him with invaluable courtroom experience and a sharp prosecutorial acumen.

In 2024, Freddy completed his Master of Law (LLM) with First Class Honours from The University of Cambridge, further solidifying his legal credentials on the international stage. His academic accomplishments complement his practical experience, allowing him to provide clients with strategic and well-rounded legal counsel.

Outside of law, Freddy is an avid sportsman, with a background in national-level athletics and having competed in a wide range of sports, including most recently for Queens’ College, Cambridge. He is also a keen musician and creative writer, and enjoys staying active in fitness.
