Prior to joining Edmonds Marshall McMahon Natalie spent 7 years working at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Whilst at the FCA, Natalie worked on a wide range of regulatory and criminal investigations, including some of the FCA’s highest profile cases. This included the FCA’s first ever criminal prosecution for money laundering failings.
Natalie has worked on complex investigations from pension advice failures costing consumers £millions to mini-bonds mis-selling and even money laundering investigations. Natalie has extensive experience of scoping cases, gathering the information needed to prove cases, analysis of large volumes of complex data, conducting witness and suspect interviews and cooperation with international law enforcement agencies.
Natalie graduated with an LLM in Law and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. After some time at the FCA, Natalie decided to pursue a career as an investigator.
Natalie is also fluent in Spanish.
