Nicole Jennings - Associate

Nicole joined EMM in September 24, as an Associate, specialising in fraud and financial crime litigation.

With extensive experience in managing complex cases involving financial crime and cross-border disputes, Nicole is a key member of our litigation team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients.

Before joining Edmonds Marshall McMahon, Nicole served at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the Serious Economic, Organised Crime and International Directorate, where she honed her skills in prosecuting high-profile cases of fraud and financial crime. Her tenure at the CPS involved working closely with law enforcement agencies, developing a deep understanding of both the strategic and practical aspects of criminal prosecution. This experience equipped her with a unique perspective on financial crime, blending public sector insights with the precision and dedication required in private prosecutions.

Nicole’s approach is characterised by a meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to achieving just outcomes for her clients. She’s passionate about using her expertise to combat financial crime and to advocate for clients in some of the most challenging legal environments.

Nicole holds a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole is dedicated to continuing legal education and frequently participates in seminars and workshops on emerging trends in financial crime.
